Condition reports are useful tools that are helpful to any building owner and manager, whether the customer has one or one hundred buildings.

 

Depending on the customer’s request, a condition report can include a visual inspection, infrared inspection, or both. Once the inspection(s) takes place, the information will be interpreted and organized, along with associated pictures, into an easy-to-read report. Following are a few examples of information that can be provided in a condition report:

• Pictures of items requiring attention

• The estimated remaining life of the roof

• A current repair budget to restore the roof to good working condition

• Annual preventative maintenance budgets for the remaining lifespan of the roof

• A budget price for complete replacement or recover
